As we approach the finish line of the first third of the 2026 NFL contest season, it feels like it would be a good time to make a move. Contest players have had the first five weeks to get a feel for the ebbs and flows, the teams, the scheduling spots, travel, and which direction their season may be headed. There is still time to make a run to the top in the Pick-5 ATS competitions, Circa Million, and Westgate SuperContest – and in Survivor, one is nearly halfway to Thanksgiving, so availability of teams begins to take on greater importance.
Speaking of Survivor, here in Las Vegas, roughly 80-90 percent of the fields have been eliminated in just five weeks of action. The Dallas Cowboys were the primary culprit in Week 5, losing at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Thursday night. Circa Survivor began with 25,017 entries and heading into Week 6, just 2,910 are still showing signs of a heartbeat. The $5K Super Survivor contest began the season with 135 entries, and 24 were taken out by the Cowboys, leaving just 16 remaining live entries competing for the $675,000 prize. Circa Grandissimo saw 77 entries each throw their $100K hat into the ring with only 16 entries still in play for the nearly $8M prize. Every week that goes by now feels like a massive leap for those left unscathed.
"Rigged NFL" split the winnings in the SuperContest's first 3-week mini contest and is now in the lead alone at 19 points (out of a possible 25) heading into the finale of the 6-week mini contest. "Smoky Hill Elite" leads the way in the second 3-week mini – Weeks 4-6 – with a perfect 10-0 record. In the Circa Million quarterly minis, this is only week three of a five-week competition.
