NFL Week 11 lookahead lines, picks: The three games you should bet a week early from proven NFL expert

Quarterback injuries continue to inject risk in look-ahead wagering. For Week 9, five spreads moved between 1.5 and 4.5 points as a result of the status of quarterbacks, whether they were ruled out or considered questionable leading up to kickoff.

Is it now necessary to evaluate the second-stringer -- just in case -- before we take the plunge on a look-ahead bet?

The veteran Colt McCoy stepped in for Arizona's Kyler Murray. Even without WR DeAndre Hopkins available, McCoy was on his game, completing 23 of 27 passes as the Cardinals, who went from +3 to +5.5, downed San Francisco 31-17.

Alas, there is no crystal ball to determine if QBs walk away uninjured from the next set of games. Let's hope the trio of teams represented in our lookaheads for Week 11 emerge unscathed.
