Last week in this space, we admitted that Colts -1 against the Titans was the 6-point teaser play for Week 6 that made us the most nervous. Sure enough, this self-destructing club turned a 13-0 lead into a 26-20 loss to a previously winless Tennessee team that left us lamenting even recommending a teaser leg on such a flawed Indianapolis club.
The good news is, it was our only loss among the five released selections. We notched winners with the Texans (+8.5) in their 31-28 outright win over the Jaguars, the Bucs (+8.5) in their 26-19 overtime loss to the Steelers, the Patriots (-1) behind their 27-20 victory over the Jets and the Chiefs (-2.5) in their 22-6 rout of the hapless Chargers.
