NBA DFS analyst Ameer Tyree breaks down his favorite stud and value plays at each position ahead of Friday's two-game slate
The second round of the 2021-22 play-in tournament is here and two games will make up Friday's main slate. The Cleveland Cavaliers will seek redemption on the road against the Atlanta Hawks in the first matchup of the night. The New Orleans Pelicans will host the Los Angeles Clippers in the final game, and the visitors will be at a major disadvantage without a key player. Need advice on how to build your fantasy lineups ahead of lock? We've broken down the slate by providing the best stud and value options at each position.
Ameer Tyree got his start in NBA DFS over four years ago. The former DraftKings Nation betting and fantasy writer spent over a year and a half breaking down basketball slates to build optimal lineups there. Ameer identified several top-notch stud and value plays Wednesday's two-game slate. Now he's turned his attention to Friday's two-game selection.
One play Ameer loves: Darius Garland at $8,500. "Bridges has flat out obliterated the Hawks this season and looks like the best small forward play by a wide margin on paper. The Hornets wing is averaging 26 points and 6.5 rebounds through four meetings with Atlanta this season." Ameer says about the matchup.
