NBA DFS: Piping hot Julius Randle highlights best DraftKings stud, mid-tier plays for Wednesday

Tuesday's main slate only featured three games, and Giannis Antetokounmpo stole the show by posting a career-high 55 points against the Washington Wizards. While he was an easy stud to key in on when there were limited options, there will be a lot more clutter in Wednesday's 12-game selection. We've sorted through the player pool to identify a pair of stud and mid-tier DraftKings targets worth taking a look at ahead of lock at 7 p.m. ET.

Ameer Tyree got his start in NBA DFS more than four years ago. The former DraftKings Nation betting and fantasy writer spent more than a year and a half breaking down basketball slates to build optimal lineups there. Now he's looking at four options at different price points for Wednesday.

One play Ameer loves: Julius Randle at $10,500. "Randle might be playing the best basketball of his career right now. The New York Knicks power forward has scored at least 58 DraftKings points in six straight games while averaging 32.8 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per contest on 47.8 percent shooting. He's made at least four triples in six straight contests while converting his attempts at a 42.6 percent clip," Ameer said about the matchup.
