NBA DFS: Jordan Poole's hot run should keep him among elite DraftKings plays for Monday

Week 18 is set to begin on Monday after Sunday's Super Bowl and 22 teams will tip off between 7 and 10 p.m. ET. We're still waiting to see a few players on new teams in the aftermath of the 2023 NBA trade deadline, but none of them seem like priority DraftKings plays right now. We've identified a group of strong options ahead of lock here.

Ameer Tyree got his start in NBA DFS more than four years ago. The former DraftKings Nation betting and fantasy writer spent more than a year and a half breaking down basketball slates to build optimal lineups there. Now he's looking at five plays for Monday.

One play Ameer loves: Jordan Poole at $7,800. "Poole's been on a roll since Steph Curry went down with a leg injury earlier this month. The Golden State Warriors guard hasn't dropped below 46 DraftKings points over his previous three games while averaging 29.3 points, 8.3 assists, and 3.3 rebounds on 50 percent shooting," Ameer said about the matchup.
