Monday's main NBA slate was a wild one riddled with impressive performances. There will be plenty more action on the hardwood during Tuesday's slate, which will feature five games and begin at 7 p.m. Need help deciding on who you should target ahead of the first tip? The former DraftKings Nation betting and fantasy writer spent over a year and a half breaking down basketball slates to build optimal lineups there. He identified four desirable options ahead of Monday's slate, and three of them were top-seven scorers on DraftKings and FanDuel. Trae Young was the highest scorer of the day. Now Ameer has turned his attention to quality value plays for Tuesday.

One play Ameer loves: RJ Barrett. "I usually wouldn't call a player above $5K a bargain, but Barrett has a chance to destroy this slate, so I've made an exception. The New York Knicks still don't have Derrick Rose, Kemba Walker, or Julius Randle, so Barret has a good chance to pace his team in minutes against a conference rival he's put together several dominant performances against." Ameer says about the matchup.
