Monmouth morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the Pick 4 for Saturday, July 23

Saturday is Haskell Stakes Day at Monmouth Park in Oceanport, N.J., and there is a Pick 4 that begins with the Matchmaker Stakes at 4:05 p.m. ET and ends with the Haskell Stakes.
