Before setting your MLB DFS lineups for daily Fantasy sites like DraftKings and FanDuel on Friday, July 23, you NEED to see the top MLB DFS picks from Mike McClure. McClure is a daily Fantasy pro with nearly $2 million in career winnings.
When it comes to MLB, McClure is at his best. Recognized in the book "Fantasy Football (and Baseball) for Smart People: How to Turn Your Hobby into a Fortune," McClure's proprietary MLB DFS projection model simulates each game 10,000 times, taking factors such as matchups and recent results into account. This allows him to find the best values on every site.
On Thursday, McClure included Braves starting pitcher Charlie Morton as his top pitching option on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The result: Morton went six innings in a win over the Phillies, allowing just two earned runs and striking out eight on his way to 46 points on FanDuel and 24.7 points on DraftKings. Anybody who had him in their lineup was well on the way to a profitable day.
One of McClure's top MLB DFS picks for Friday is Angels outfielder Shohei Ohtani at $6,500 on DraftKings and $4,400 on FanDuel. Part of McClure's optimal MLB DFS strategy includes rostering Reds outfielder Aristides Aquino ($2,700 on DraftKings, $2,200 on FanDuel), who has a .990 OPS so far this season with six home runs in just 67 plate appearances.
McClure is also targeting a player who is set to EXPLODE for huge numbers on Friday! The stars are aligning for him to return tournament-winning value, and he comes at a price that won't break the bank. This pick could be the difference between cashing in big or going home with nothing!
