Friday's Major League Baseball schedule features 15 games. Among the top matchups include a battle between two of the National League's best teams when Chris Sale and the Atlanta Braves take on Jacob Misiorowski and the Milwaukee Brewers. That game starts at 4:10 p.m. ET, while the final first pitch is at 10:10 p.m. ET. Among the top options in the MLB DFS player pool include Shohei Ohtani, Jose Ramirez, Fernando Tatis Jr., Corbin Carroll, Yordan Alvarez, Ben Rice, Freddie Freeman, Byron Buxton, Gleyber Torres, Pete Alonso, Bobby Witt Jr. and Pete Crow-Armstrong. With only so much MLB DFS salary cap space, you'll have to be judicious on who you select to compose your daily Fantasy baseball lineups.
Before making any MLB DFS picks on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel for this slate, you need to see what Mike McClure has to say.
McClure is a DFS professional with over $2 million in career winnings. He's also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every minute of every game 10,000 times, taking factors like matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account.
This allows him to find the best MLB DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only at SportsLine. They're a must-see for any MLB DFS player.
For Friday, one of McClure's top MLB DFS picks is Cleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez ($6,000 DraftKings, $4,000 FanDuel). He's also building around Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan ($3,800 DraftKings, $2,800 FanDuel). Kwan has been productive over the past six games, registering five hits, one double, eight walks, seven runs scored and two RBI. In a 5-2 win over the San Francisco Giants on Thursday, he was 1-for-2 with three walks and an RBI.
McClure is also targeting a player who could go off for massive numbers on Friday! This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing. You absolutely need to see who it is before locking in any lineups.
