Before you lock in any Club America vs. Club Puebla picks, you HAVE TO see what sports gambling expert John Eimer has to say.
Eimer is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge about leagues and players most people don't know exist, including most oddsmakers. He understands that oddsmakers don't focus on obscure leagues, so Jon has become obsessed with learning everything possible about smaller leagues. The Indiana-based handicapper compiled a winning record of 260-133-1 with over 90 units of profit for his community on various platforms over a recent two-month stretch.
Eimer knows America has been one of the top teams in Liga MX for several seasons now and is trying to break a frustrating playoff drought. It should come in with a sense of urgency after finishing atop the Apertura table but failing to advance in the playoffs. Las Aguilas have finished in the top three in three straight liguillas without getting past the quarterfinals. Henry Martin has re-signed and has scored 17 goals over those three mini-seasons. America has won seven straight meetings and has shut out Puebla five times in that span.
The expert also has noted that Puebla is a hard-nosed team that could frustrate the attackers of America. La Franja finished seventh in the opening season and also lost in the quarterfinals after advancing from the reclassification matchup. It doesn't have a ton of firepower, but America suffered both of its losses on the road in the last campaign. A bolstered defense is trying to mesh, and Kevin Ramirez, who had six goals the past two seasons with Queretaro, and Martin Barragan (CA Morelia) were added in the transfer period.
Eimer has taken an in-depth look at the Puebla vs. America matchup and locked in his best bets. We can tell you he's leaning Under on the goal total, and he's provided two other CONFIDENT best bets and his full breakdown of the match. You ABSOLUTELY need to see his picks and analysis before making any selections of your own.
