Kentucky Downs morning line odds: Racing writer has picks, bets for the late Pick 4 for Saturday, Sept. 10

World class racing takes place at Kentucky Downs in Franklin, Ky., and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with the FanDuel Turf Sprint Stakes at 5:10 p.m. ET and ends with the Franklin-Simpson Stakes.
