College football bowl season continues with a doubleheader on Friday, Dec. 23 including a battle of Power 5 conference teams. The first game of the day takes place in Shreveport, LA as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns (6-6) take on the Houston Cougars (7-5) in the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl at 3:00 p.m. ET. Then, in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl played in Tampa, the Missouri Tigers (6-6) face off against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (7-5) at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Caesars Sportsbook lists Houston as a 7-point favorite with the total set at 57.5 for the game played at Independence Stadium. Wake Forest has been installed a 1-point favorite by Caesars with the total at 60 for the bowl played at the home of the NFL's Buccaneers, Raymond James Stadium.
