SPORTSLINE GOLF EXPERTS WINNER CHALLENGE

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By redeeming this SportsLine Golf Experts Winner Challenge offer of $4.99 for a quarterly subscription to SportsLine (the "Offer"), you hereby accept and agree to these terms of the Offer and the CBS Interactive Inc. Terms of Use found at http://legalterms.cbsinteractive.com/terms-of-use, incorporated herein by reference.

2. Participation Period: The Offer is available starting at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 15, 2022 and ends at 6:00 PM ET on June 20, 2022 (the "Offer Period"). 

3. Eligibility requirements: The offer is open to new and past subscribers of SportsLine who cancelled their subscription prior to June 15, 2022.

4. Offer Description. Participants who redeem the Offer will receive a quarterly subscription to SportsLine at the offer price of $4.99 (that is 80% off the regular quarterly subscription price of $24.99). As a bonus, SportsLine will give users who redeem the Offer in accordance with the terms herein, a three-month extension of the Offer subscription for free, if our experts get ANY of their picks correctly (Jim Holliman, Mike McClure, Patrick McDonald, Riley Gates, Sal Johnson) of the U.S. Open correctly. (the "Bonus Offer).

Due to any unforeseen circumstances, including, without limitation, any race(s) cancellation or delay(s), the absence of race(s) statistics, a pandemic (e.g. Covid-19) and/or any other circumstances beyond CBSi's control, CBSI may in its sole discretion: (i) cancel and/or make  material changes to the Bonus Offer; and/or (ii) make material changes to the Offer, including, without limitation, canceling the Offer and/or concluding the Offer early. If such changes are necessary, they will be noted in these Terms.

5. How to Participate:

(i) Once a participant redeems the Offer, the discount will be automatically applied to their existing account, participant will be upgraded to a SportsLine quarterly subscription and the credit card on file will be automatically charged the price of $4.99 (+tax, if applicable). Such subscription will renew at the regular price of $24.99, in accordance with the terms herein, unless canceled prior to its expiration.

(ii) In the event the Bonus Offer applies, SportsLine will activate the Bonus Offer and a three-month extension shall be added to participant's subscription at no extra charge.

6. Additional Disclaimers: Offer is not transferable. Valid credit card is required. SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED $24.99 FOR A QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION, ON AN ONGOING BASIS UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION END DATE.
