FCS odds, predictions for Sept. 4-5 games: College football expert reveals his top weekend picks, analysis

The FCS fall season gets underway with a number of intriguing matchups, as well as a SWAC East Division matchup between the Jackson State Tigers and Florida A&M Rattlers on Sunday. Florida A&M is a 7.5-point favorite in the latest odds from Caesars Sportsbook.
