Week 12 of the Fantasy football season is in the books and it's time to decide who to start and who to sit in Week 13.

The week before, Lamar Jackson ran for 117 yards. Ryan Tannehill is the only quarterback to score less than 16 Fantasy points against them all year. No matter the quarterback, you start them against the Bengals."
