Fair Grounds morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Saturday, Feb. 19

Saturday is Risen Star day at Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, and the late Pick 4 begins with the Mineshaft Stakes at 5:25 p.m. ET and ends with the Risen Star Stakes.
