Mohamed Salah will see his Liverpool teammate on the opposite side again Friday when his Egypt squad hosts Sadio Mane's Senegal team in a CAF African World Cup Qualifying match. Friday's game is the first leg of the third-round matchup, and it is a rematch of the Africa Cup of Nations final. Senegal edged the Egyptians on penalty kicks after the teams fought to a scoreless draw in last month's title match in Cameroon.
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET at Cairo International Stadium. Caesars Sportsbook lists Egypt as the +145 favorite (risk $100 to win $145) on the 90-minute money line in its latest Egypt vs. Senegal odds, with Senegal the +215underdog. A draw is priced at +150 and the over-under for total goals scored is 1.5.

Eimer knows the Egyptians will be out for revenge, and he also knows Salah is one of the world's best players. The 29-year-old leads the English Premier League in scoring with 20 goals and also has 10 assists, which is tied for second. He is overdue for a goal, as he is without one in five qualifying matches but has three assists. Magdi Afsha and Mostafa Mohamed both have two goals in a combined seven appearances. The Egyptians scored 10 goals and yielded just four in their six second-round matches.
The soccer expert also has seen the way the Senegalese have been lighting up the scoreboard while star goalie Edouard Mendy keeps the net clear. They scored 15 goals and conceded four in their second-round games. They won five and drew one, giving up an own goal in a 1-1 stalemate with Togo. Famara Diedhiou has scored four times in four matches, while Mane and Ismaila Sarr both have three goals. Mane has 12 for Liverpool this season, while Diedhiou has nine for Alanyaspor in the Turkish Super Ligue.
Eimer has taken an in-depth look at the Egypt vs. Senegal showdown, and he is leaning Over on the goal total. He also is offering two other best bets, and both would bring plus-money payouts! You ABSOLUTELY need to see his picks and analysis before making any selections of your own.
