Churchill Downs morning line odds: Racing insider offers picks for the late Pick 4 on Sunday, Nov. 14

World class thoroughbred racing takes place at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky., and on Sunday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 6 at 3:36 p.m. ET and ends with Race 9.
