World class horse racing takes place at Belmont Park outside New York City, and on Friday the late Pick 4 begins with the New York Stakes at 4:41 p.m. ET and ends with the Intercontinental Stakes. In April of this year, he hit a Pick 4 at Gulfstream Park for $641 and the exacta in the Florida Derby. Eight weeks ago, he nailed the Pick 5 at Keeneland and the exacta in the Lexington Stakes. Those are just some of his scores this year.

For Friday, Weir has handicapped the late Pick 4 at Belmont Park, made his picks and constructed his tickets.
