World class horse racing takes place at Belmont Park outside New York City, and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with the Soaring Softly Stakes at 4:06 p.m. ET and ends with Race 10. A member of the Beyer Speed Figure-making team who is based in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Weir is a two-time qualifier for the prestigious National Horseplayers Championship in Las Vegas. Last month he hit the late Pick 4 at Gulfstream Park for $641 and the exacta in the Florida Derby. Five weeks ago he nailed the Pick 5 at Keeneland and the exacta in the Lexington Stakes, and last week he hit the Pick 4 at Pimlico on Preakness Stakes Day.

For Saturday, Weir has handicapped the Pick 4 at Belmont, made his picks and constructed his tickets.
