2024 Gulfstream Park morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Sunday, Feb. 4

World class horse racing takes place at Gulfstream Park outside Miami, and on Sunday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 6 at 2:38 p.m. ET and ends with Race 9.
