2024 Fair Grounds morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Saturday, March 23

Saturday is Louisiana Derby Day at Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, and the late Pick 4 begins with the New Orleans Classic Stakes at 5:04 p.m. ET and ends with the Louisiana Derby.
