2024 Aqueduct morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Sunday, April 28

World class horse racing takes place at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, N.Y., and on Sunday the late Pick 4 begins with the Memories Of Stakes at 4:04 p.m. ET and ends with Race 9.
