2023 Xfinity 500 odds, picks: NASCAR best bets for Martinsville from proven racing experts

The NASCAR Cup Series postseason Round of 8 concludes on Sunday with the 2023 Xfinity 500 at 2 p.m. ET from Martinsville Speedway. Denny Hamlin is the +300 favorite (risk $100 to win $300) in the 2023 Xfinity 500 odds, while Kyle Larson is 13-2 and William Byron is 15-2.
