2023 Gulfstream Park morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Saturday, Jan. 13

World class horse racing takes place at Gulfstream Park outside Miami, and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 8 at 3:37 p.m. ET and ends with Race 11.
