2023 Alabama Stakes morning-line odds, picks, post time: Racing insider offers betting strategy for Saturday's race

The Brad Cox-trained Wet Paint will try to win her second straight Grade 1 race when she takes on nine other rivals in the 2023 Alabama Stakes on Saturday at Saratoga Race Course in upstate New York. A Godolphin homebred, Wet Paint has five wins and two seconds in nine career starts. She is coming off a victory in the Coaching Club American Oaks at Saratoga on July 22. For Saturday she has been installed as the 2-1 morning-line favorite in the 2023 Alabama Stakes odds. The Chad Brown-trained Randomized is the 9-2 second choice in the 10-horse 2023 Alabama Stakes field. Post time for the 1¼-mile race is 5:45 p.m. ET.
