Three of the four postseason spots for the 2022 USFL season are already taken ahead of the Week 9 USFL schedule. The New Orleans Breakers (5-3) and Tampa Bay Bandits (4-4) are the only teams in contention for that last spot, and they will face off this week. The Breakers demolished Tampa by 31 points when these teams met earlier this season, and another win by them would clinch the final playoff spot.
