The PGA Tour season gets rolling again Thursday when the 2021 Sanderson Farms Championship tees off at the Country Club of Jackson in Mississippi. Defending champion Sergio Garcia, who shot 19 under par last year to beat Peter Malnati by one stroke, and PGA Tour Rookie of the Year Will Zalatoris highlight the field.  

Caesars Sportsbook lists Zalatoris and Sam Burns as the 18-1 co-favorites in its latest 2021 Sanderson Farms Championship golf odds. Garcia (22-1), Sungjae Im (22-1) and Corey Conners (22-1) are among the other golfers from the Sanderson Farms Championship field expected to contend.

The South Korean also had a pretty solid finish, but his 2020-21 season was up-and down last year, as he finished in the top 25 in less than half his events (16 of 35). He finally took some time off, so he should be rested, but Gates is a little wary this week and has better options for your Fantasy golf picks!

Instead, the fantasy expert has a long-shot nearly at the top of his list who comes in at well over 30-1! This international player had a victory last season and had some top-10 finishes in a few of the bigger events. He could thrive in this second-tier field and pull off a victory in Jackson!
