Rick Gehman is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure and Larry Hartstein on the Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for the NBA, MLB, NASCAR and golf for Sunday, May 23.

McClure starts things off with the EchoPark Texas Grand Prix and takes Martin Truex Jr. (+160) over Chase Elliott (2:30 p.m. ET). "Elliott should be the better driver, but not by that margin," he says. "Certainly going to be one of the better value bets of the NASCAR season."

Mike's second play comes in Major League Baseball, as he has the Red Sox (+120) to beat the Phillies (1:05 p.m. ET). "I think the Red Sox can get a run or two across on Zack Wheeler and get into the (Phillies') bullpen," he says.

Gehman attacks Sunday's schedule with two head-to-head matchups for the final round of the PGA Championship. The first is Paul Casey (-125) over Gary Woodland (1:50 p.m. ET). "Woodland lost from tee to green (yesterday)," Rick says. "He was horrible with the driver. That is a big concern for me."

Rick closes things out with Louis Oosthuizen (-125) over Kevin Streelman (2:20 p.m. ET). "Louis was first in strokes gained tee to green yesterday and the third-worst putting performance that we had out there," he says. "That probably does not happen again."

Shane Lowry (-125) over Ian Poulter (12:50 p.m. ET). "The issue that I have with Poulter right now is that he's losing strokes on approach," Gehman says. He adds, "Shane Lowry, quite the opposite, is gaining strokes in all four major categories."

McClure relays a pair of NBA prop bets from Hartstein, with the first being Philadelphia's Seth Curry going Over 12.5 points when the 76ers face the Wizards (1 p.m. ET). "The elevated pace of play against the Washington Wizards, that's what's going to push Seth Curry toward the Over here," he says.

Larry's second prop bet is Atlanta's Bogdan Bogdanovic going Over 21.5 points and assists when the Hawks take on the Knicks (7 p.m. ET). "I think they're going to extend some of the starter and key player minutes in the playoffs," McClure says. "They're going to tighten up that rotation a bit."
