Allie's featured selection is the Capitals over the Senators -110 at 7 p.m. ET. Ottawa now has Anton Forsberg in net, which is a downgrade. Washington has also dominated in recent meetings with Ottawa. 

In the Monday night NFL matchup, Zack is going with the Seahawks +4.5 over the Saints at 8:15 p.m. ET. "The teams coming off byes have been horrible this week," he says, reminding us of his earlier take. "We know Jameis Winston, but he has been good in this system. Sean Payton has kept him in great spots and made him look great. But we know sooner or later the old Jameis Winston is going to show, and I think it might be tonight."
