Today's picks: Why Rangers will beat Tigers, plus more MLB and Euro 2020 picks for Wednesday

Zack looks back at the struggles of the Bucks in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, especially in transition defense, and considers what adjustments they need to make. Larry reviews the updated odds for Finals MVP, noting that Deandre Ayton saw a boost after Game 1. 

The Coach highlights a trio of Euro 2020 picks as the SportsLine Plays of the Day, all from England-Denmark at 3 p.m. ET. He endorses England to win at -137 and to go over 1.5 goals at +100, and for Harry Kane to score at +120. If anyone is going to score for England, it will likely be Kane. 

The Braves get an early start against the Pirates, and we know Mike loves day baseball. He is on Atlanta -1.5 over Pittsburgh at 12:35 p.m. ET. Drew Smyly's advanced numbers are trending in the right direction, and he will also benefit from a friendly park shift. 

Zack is taking the A's +135 over the Astros at 8:10 p.m. ET.  Sean Manaea is on the hill for the Oakland A's, and he has performed well against Houston in recent matchups. He is also taking the Angels +120 over the Red Sox at 4:07 p.m. ET. Boston has been winning behind Eduardo Rodriguez, but may be off its game in a day matchup after a night game. 

Larry's featured MLB play is the Rangers -140 over the Tigers at 2:05 p.m. ET. "I just think this price is too low," he says. "Casey Mize has been a great rookie, but they're limiting him to three innings. They don't want to take any chances with his arm. That means the Tigers bullpen, which is the worst in the A.L., is going to get a lot of innings today. Kyle Gibson has been lights out, 3-0 with an ERA under 2.00 since he's come back from the injured list."
