The Coach goes "three-wide" with top sports betting experts Mike McClure, Zack Cimini and Larry Hartstein on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get highly recommended plays for busy days in the NBA and MLB for Tuesday, May 11.
You cannot afford to miss Mike's deep NBA injury report on a heavy slate. He has the info you need on Monte Morris, Devonte Graham, Pascal Siakam, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, Luka Doncic, Malcolm Brogdon, Buddy Hield and more. Zack also weighs in on the Warriors being in a "tough" spot against Phoenix on Tuesday.
The Coach supplies the SportsLine Plays of the Day in MLB, backing the Rangers and Giants under 8.5 runs at 3:45 p.m. ET, and the Royals -135 over the Tigers at 7:10 p.m. ET.
Mike steps into the box with his spotlighted pair of MLB selections, leading with the Cubs +165 over the Indians at 6:10 p.m. ET. He says Shane Bieber has a lot of strikeout upside, but details advanced numbers that reveal he is going to vulnerable to the Chicago bats. He is also on the Red Sox -125 over the A's at 7:10 p.m. ET. Chris Bassitt has enjoyed working in some favorable circumstances recently, but he won't be in a friendly environment in this matchup.
In the NBA, Zack is taking the Grizzlies +2 over the Mavericks at 8:00 p.m. ET. "They are in a back-to-back scenario, but I like them in this scenario," he says. "I think their confidence is up after clinching a play-in spot yesterday. I also think they have revenge on their minds after losing twice to the Dallas Mavericks twice so far this year. I think they are due. You don't say that much in the NBA, but the Grizzlies are just 2-5-1 ATS over their last eight games."
Larry is going back to Michael Porter Jr. as his featured NBA prop play in Nuggets-Hornets at 8 p.m. ET. He is looking for Porter to go over 23.5 points, because he believes no one on Charlotte can effectively cover the Denver star.
