I'm a big fan of Army and their option attack but I'm not sure they have the horses this year. I expect them to take a big step back and the Cadets have already lost a game to FCS Tarleton State. Kansas State had a hangover from a close loss to Iowa State in Ireland and almost got upset at home by North Dakota. That poor performance is creating some value in the number. I expect the Wildcats to get back on track and roll at home against an overmatched Army defense. Play up to 18.
