Pace-wise, the Dons and Zags went as fast as the Formula 1 race on The Strip in their pair of reg-season meetings that landed on 165 and 170, respectively. USF was also in high gear from the off last night in its opening game at the WCC, running away from Washington State with G Ryan Beasley doing the bulk of the damage with 29 points. But the Zags did significant damage to USF in the reg season matchups, scoring at a 92 pg clip. The potent Zags also hit the WCC Tourney very hot, scoring 95 in each of their last two vs. Santa Clara and the Dons. Play Gonzaga-USF Over (WCC at Orleans Arena, Las Vegas).

Zags are 8-1 to the over when the total is between 155-160. They just played SF in a neutral type setting (the Warriors arena) and they combined for 170 on a night when the Dons could barely score the ball at al. The well-rested Zags seem intent on hanging 95 on people these days and I expect a better offensive plan from SF here, whose top scorer could not get going at all in last meeting. Three-ball been falling a lot more for Zags final two weeks of season. Already seen some upsets in this tourney - Mark Few will have the Zags up for this to make the Dons play at their torrid pace.
