Iowa has been playing better of late and have been more competitive on the road than earlier in the season. The Hawkeyes still have the 3rd most efficient offense in the country. Purdue coming off their second loss of the season and yes, this is a good bounce back spot. However, as a team, the Hawkeyes rebound well and have what it takes to remain in the ball game since having a more consistent rotation. The Boilermakers previously had won nine straight, including double-digit home victories over Penn State (twice), Michigan State and Nebraska.
