The Titans have saved their season with back-to-back wins, while the Commanders offense has looked atrocious the last two weeks. That means it's the perfect time to take Washington here, as we're fading a team with high stock and buying a team with low stock. Tennessee's defense is 30th in pass yards per play, a far departure from the units Washington played the last two weeks. Washington's edge rush should be a problem for Tennessee's tackles, and the Treylon Burks injury lowers the ceiling of the Titans passing attack. The lookahead here was PK, and I don't think these teams are much different than they were a week ago.
The Commanders have lost three straight with Carson Wentz getting sacked 16 times. Washington's offensive line is in disarray, with starting right tackle Sam Cosmi (thumb surgery) joining the top two centers on the sidelines and right guard Trai Turner getting benched Sunday for another under-performer, Saahdiq Charles. Washington let Brandon Scherff leave in free agency to Jacksonville and it is paying the price. Per The Athletic, the Commanders went 28-29 with Scherff on the field during his five-year tenure. When he missed games due to injury, they went 3-21. Now they have started 1-3 without him on the roster. The Commanders also will be missing explosive rookie wideout Jahan Dotson (hamstring). Back Tennessee, which has PFF's third-best pass rush, to cover less than a field goal.
