Manuel Margot and Yandy Diaz are back in the lineup for a Rays team that all of a sudden has a few other players hitting. They have also won 16 of the past 18 games between these two teams now including 8 of the last 9 at Tampa. Jazz Chisholm also could be out of the lineup again for the Marlins and he is a key left-handed bat against Drew Rasmussen. Rasmussen is 4-1 with a 2.33 ERA this season and he has pitched at least five innings without allowing more than one run in five straight games. The Marlins are going with Cody Poteet followed by a bullpen game, and they have everyone available. However, they struggle winning close games and the Rays have their full bullpen available too. I like think this should be around -200 and I think it will definitely get there if Chisholm is out of the lineup again, take the Rays at home.

Sometimes it pays to make a pick early -- Allie made her pick on this game about four hours ago and got the Rays at -167. That price is long gone. This really sets up like yesterday. The Marlins starter (Cody Poteet) has a better ERA than the Rays starter (Drew Rasmussen), but we all know the Tampa Bay starter is really better ... and that the Rays are the far better team overall. Also, top Rays outfielder Manuel Margot (.348) is likely to be activated from the injured list before this game.

Last night we saw Tampa Bay take the 4-0 win, and tonight I think we see a similar result. The Rays are 7-1 in Drew Rasmussen’s starts this season. Cody Poteet has been good, but he isn’t typically a starter. The Marlins have struggled to win lately, especially on the road. Last season the Rays went 6-1 against the Marlins. Take the Rays again.
