I'm going to miss Globe Life Park when the Rangers move, as it's a park that's more affected by the weather than most others. And I don't mean by temperatures, I mean the wind. When the wind is blowing in, it's a strong Under park. When it's blowing out, it's a strong Over park. The wind will be blowing in on Tuesday evening.

The Astros haven't scored more than two runs in four consecutive games, while the Rangers have won seven of 10, scoring at least five runs in seven of nine. Houston is 8-9 when the struggling Dallas Keuchel starts.
