Michael Wacha has an ERA of 2.74 and opposing batters are hitting just .143 with runners in scoring position. He has no-decisions in each of his past four outings, but threw six scoreless innings against the Giants in his last start. Kenta Maeda comes off the disabled list for the Dodgers with a tight hamstring. St. Louis is a bargain with the plus-money payback.
