Before making any Yankees vs. Orioles picks, you NEED to check out the MLB predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.
This model, which simulates every game 10,000 times, enters Week 2 of the 2022 season on a 216-181 roll on top-rated MLB money-line picks that dates back to last season, returning over $900 for $100 players. Anyone following it has seen HUGE returns!
The model knows that Baltimore pitcher Jordan Lyles has had success against New York in his career, going 1-0 with a 3.12 ERA in two appearances. Baltimore has had some tough luck hitting with runners in scoring position this season, but it has not had a problem getting runners to second base. The Orioles are 5-for-55 with runners in scoring position, so they are going to give themselves an opportunity to score.
The model also knows the Yankees have secured two shutouts in their last three games, boasting a team ERA of 2.49. Starting pitcher Jordan Montgomery has a 3-1 record and a 3.08 ERA in 12 career starts against Baltimore, so he is familiar with facing the Orioles. Shortstop Ian Kiner-Falefa is coming off a 3-for-3 day at the plate on Thursday in a 3-0 win over Toronto. The Yankees won two of their final three games against the Blue Jays to split the series.
Now, it has set its sights on Yankees vs. Orioles. We can tell you the model is leaning over the total, and it also says one side of the money line has all the value! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any MLB picks.
