A pair of top-10 teams meet in the 2021 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic title game when the fifth-ranked Villanova Wildcats face the sixth-ranked Purdue Boilermakers on Sunday. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. ET from Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. Purdue is favored by 3.5 points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the Over-Under is set at 141 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Villanova vs. Purdue picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of almost $2,100 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows the Boilermakers have scored 90 or more points in four straight games for the first time in the coach Matt Painter era, and for the first time since 1969. Four Purdue players average double-figure scoring, led by sophomore center Zach Edey, who averages 16.3 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game. He is connecting on 76.9 percent of his field goals and 80 percent from the free throw line. Edey has a pair of double-doubles this season, including an 18-point, 12-rebound effort against Wright State on Tuesday.

The model also knows the Wildcats also have four players who average in double-figure scoring. Junior guard Justin Moore leads the team at 17.5 points per game and is averaging 4.5 rebounds and four assists. In 25 games last season, he averaged 12.9 points and 4.1 rebounds. In the season-opening win over Mount St. Mary's, he set a career high with 27 points on 9 of 15 shooting from the floor.

Now, it has set its sights on Villanova vs. Purdue. It is leaning Over on the total and it also says one side of the spread hits in over 60 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
