The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 16 of the 2021 season on an incredible 133-96 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.
The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is WAY UP.
The model knows Matthew Stafford has transformed the Rams' passing attack. Los Angeles ranks fourth in passing yards (3,944) and second in passing touchdowns (35). Cooper Kupp leads the NFL in receiving yards (1,625) and receiving touchdowns (14), so the Vikings' secondary is in for a test.
The model also knows Minnesota excels at pressuring quarterbacks. The Vikings rank first in team sacks (44) and sack yardage (319). Stafford could be pressed for time against one of the league's best pass rushes.
