I'm often asked which team I believe will win the Stanley Cup Final in the spring. In this article, I'll reveal my top pick, as well as a favorite longshot (with odds of 12-1 or higher) from each conference.
This season, the NHL will introduce an 84-game schedule for the first time, with the season opening next Tuesday. This is the earliest in league history that meaningful hockey games will take place.
