The Chicago Bears haven't allowed the absence of Caleb Williams to slow them down, as they've gone 2-0 with two different quarterbacks since their No. 1 signal-caller went down with a hamstring injury in Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season. Wideout Rome Odunze had his most productive game of the year last week with Tyson Bagent under center, and he's hoping they mesh well again when the Bears visit the Green Bay Packers for their Week 5 matchup.

Taken with the ninth overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft, Odunze hauled in only two passes from Caleb Williams - the first overall selection that year - in Chicago's season-opening 59-37 triumph over the Carolina Panthers. The 24-year-old receiver had just three receptions in each of the next two games, with Williams and Bagent making passes in Week 2 and third-stringer Case Keenum directing the offense the following week.
Keenum got the start in Week 3 instead of Bagent, who had cleared concussion protocol but served as the backup QB. The 26-year-old was under center in Chicago's 23-12 victory over the New York Jets last Sunday, however, and Odunze was one of his top targets.
Odunze made six catches for a team-leading 94 yards, both of which were season highs. His six receptions matched Colston Loveland for most on the club.
Even though his reception total wasn't high in three of Chicago's four games and he's had three different quarterbacks throw the football his way, Odunze finished each contest with more than 40 receiving yards. Green Bay is fourth in the NFL against the pass with an average of 185 yards allowed through the air, and top sportsbooks have set the receiving yards prop for Odunze at 39.5 and the passing yards prop for Bagent at 216.5.
