The fifth full main slate of the season arrives for NFL DFS contests on Sunday as a 11 games kick off between 1 and 4:25 p.m. ET. This is, however, the first week with byes as the NFL DFS player pool isn't quite as robust as in previous weeks, which could alter your Week 5 daily Fantasy football strategy.
Just one game, Lions vs. Cardinals (54.5), has a total above 46.5. The likes of Jahmyr Gibbs, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jeremiyah Love and Trey McBride loom as intriguing options from that contest. However, if you dig deep enough, you could find valuable NFL DFS picks from every game on the slate.
Before setting your NFL DFS lineups on daily Fantasy football sites like DraftKings and FanDuel, you NEED to see what Mike McClure has to say.

One of McClure's top NFL DFS picks for the Sunday main slate in Week 5 is Detroit running back Jahmyr Gibbs, who is $9,800 on DraftKings and $10,000 on FanDuel. He's also building around Patriots wideout Romeo Doubs ($5,000 on DraftKings, $6,000 on FanDuel), who has averaged 68 receiving yards with two total touchdowns over the last three weeks.
McClure is also targeting a player who could go off for MASSIVE numbers on Sunday! This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing! You ABSOLUTELY need to see who it is before locking in any lineups.
