All 30 teams are in action on Wednesday's MLB schedule, but one contest stands out as one to, perhaps, avoid when searching for MLB DFS picks. Red Sox vs. Blue Jays at 7:07 p.m. ET has the lowest total of the day at 7, with a pair of pitchers with ERAs under 3.40 on the mound. Thus, players who are normally regulars within daily Fantasy baseball lineups like Willson Contreras, Ceddanne Rafaela, Adley Rutschman and Vladimir Guerrero may be better left in the MLB DFS player pool and left out of your lineups.
If that's the case, who should you target and make a part of your Wednesday MLB DFS strategy?
Before making any MLB DFS picks on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel for this slate, you need to see what Mike McClure has to say.
McClure is a DFS professional with over $2 million in career winnings. He's also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every minute of every game 10,000 times, taking factors like matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account.
This allows him to find the best MLB DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only at SportsLine. They're a must-see for any MLB DFS player.
For Wednesday, one of McClure's top MLB DFS picks is Rangers shortstop Corey Seager at $4,300 on DraftKings and $3,100 on FanDuel. He's also building around Mariners outfielder Dominic Canzone ($3,500 on DraftKings, $3,000 on FanDuel). Canzone has reached safely multiple times in back-to-back games and is in a premium spot in Seattle's lineup as the cleanup hitter.
McClure is also targeting a player who could go off for massive numbers on Wednesday! This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing. You absolutely need to see who it is before locking in any lineups.
