Dr. Bowers, a Doctor of Physical Therapy currently practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting on northeast side of Columbus, Ohio, completed his undergraduate work at Siena Heights University. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Toledo.

He is currently employed by Athletico Physical Therapy and treats a high volume of high school and collegiate athletes in the clinical setting. He's worked previously for a host of different websites serving as an injury analyst, publishing weekly columns, appearing on podcasts and radio shows to provide injury content.

He's broken down some of the most notable injuries from the preseason and we can tell you Dr. Bowers labels Andrew Luck as having moderate risk of re-injury as he battle a calf and ankle issue.

"Considering his long-term health and Fantasy football value, concern is present due to now having two injuries to the same lower leg," Dr. Bowers said. "This probably won't be the last time in 2019 Luck appears in this injury column as the demands of football could re-aggravate one or both of these ailments."
