The Chicago Cubs (45-65) and Cincinnati Reds (44-66) will meet in the 2022 MLB Field of Dreams Game, in Dyersville, Iowa on Thursday, with the first pitch set for 7:15 p.m. ET. Cincinnati is a -115 favorite (risk $115 to win $100) on the money line in the latest Cubs vs. Reds odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total runs scored is nine (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our MLB odds page).
Before making any Cubs vs. Reds picks, you NEED to check out the MLB predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.
The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every MLB game 10,000 times, and it is 299-254 on top-rated MLB money-line picks since the start of the 2021 season, returning over $800 for $100 players. This is the same model that pegged the 2021 Atlanta Braves at 10-1 as one of three best bets to win it all last season. Anybody who has followed it has seen profitable returns.
The model knows Chicago right fielder Seiya Suzuki is an all-around playmaker. Suzuki is a reliable defender who has an above-average arm. He makes accurate throws and takes good routes to the baseball. The 27-year-old has a compact swing that can push the ball anywhere on the field. Suzuki has nine home runs and 33 RBIs.
The model also knows Cincinnati center fielder Nick Senzel is an athletic player. Senzel has been a patient hitter and has a swing that can produce plenty of doubles. The 27-year-old can also play multiple outfield spots. Senzel is batting .247 with 18 RBIs.
Now, the model has set its sights on Cubs vs. Reds. We can tell you the model is leaning over the total, and it also says one side of the money line has ALL the value. You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any MLB picks.
So who wins Reds vs. Cubs in the MLB Field of Dreams Game 2022? And which side of the money line has ALL the value? Join SportsLine here to find out, all from the model that has crushed its top-rated MLB money-line picks!
