Before you lock in any Nottingham Forest vs. Brentford picks or Premier League predictions, you NEED to see what SportsLine soccer expert Martin Green has to say.
After working in the sports betting industry for several years, Green became a professional sports writer and handicapper and has covered the game worldwide. Since last year's Men's World Cup, Green has been profitable in multiple areas on his soccer picks, including the Champions League (+3.05 units), the FA Cup (+3.07), EFL Cup (4.47) and Euro 2024 qualifiers (+6.30), among others.
Green knows Brentford have struggled, but the imminent return of star striker Ivan Toney should give them a jolt. He might not start Saturday but could come off the bench, and the Bees have been able to score without him. The problem has been defense, but Forest haven't been strong on the back end, either. Brentford have scored two more goals and conceded four fewer than Forest.
The expert also has taken into account that Nottingham Forest are unbeaten in their past four matches in all competitions (3-1-0), while the Bees are winless in their past six games (0-1-5). The visitors have scored 12 goals over their past five matches, while Brentford have yielded 13 over the same span. Forest are 3-3-2 in the past eight meetings between the teams in all competitions.
Green has taken an in-depth look at the Brentford vs. Nottingham Forest matchup and is leaning Over 2.5 on the goal total. He has locked in two CONFIDENT best bets, both offering plus-money, and has a full breakdown of this 2023-24 Premier League showdown!
